14 Brigade set for WASA 2024

The Headquartres, 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Barracks, Ohafia, Abia has concluded arrangements to celebrate its 2024 West African Social Activities, popularly known as WASA.

This is contained in a statement issued to newsmen in Umuahia on Tuesday by Capt. Innocent Omale, Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 14 Brigade.

Omale stated that the theme for the 2024 WASA is, “Celebrating Our Culture, Our Heritage.”

According to the statement, it is geared towards showcasing more robust relationship between officers, soldiers, families, friends and host communities culturally and socially.

He noted that Gov. Alex Otti of Abia, would be the Special Guest for the event that is scheduled to hold on Saturday at the Brigade’s parade ground.

Omale further stated that a lot of activities had been lined up to make the annual event and cherished tradition in the Nigerian Army memorable.(NAN)
