In view of the current insecurity and excruciating economic hardship in Nigeria, the Charismatic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) Anambra State chapter has called for synergy among relevant stakeholders in the State so as to accelerate the pace for sustenance, consolidation and continuation of variable transformation that the State has been known for.

According to him “the current situation is endangering and we must rise up to the occasion to join hands together to deal with it. Government and security agencies cannot do it all alone, they need our help and we have to provide them with help spiritually in terms of prayers, advice and practical vision and services in the areas of infrastructure to provide food others, pay school fees or construct road or sink borehole or provide equipment for security agents among other things to ameliorate the situation”

Flanked by other officials of the group including Archbishop Titus Orji, Bishop Chris Madu. Bishops Solomon Uba, Bishop Chidi Innocent, Bishop Samuel Azodo, Bishop Dr Norman Okeorimili and Akosa Umunna, the State overseer who is also the Presiding Bishop of Rock of Fire Global Ministries said that the Synod with the theme Grace For Variable Transformation” will be held at International Convention Centre (ICC) Agu Awka on Thursday Sept, 26th 2024.
