The Association of Corporate Online Editors (ACOE) is set to host its 2025 Investiture Public Lecture & Awards on November 25, 2025, at Azikiwe Hall, Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

More than 300 participants from diverse sectors—including media professionals, government officials, legislators, diplomats, security agencies, civil society, and NGOs—are expected to attend the event.

The Chairman of ACOE, Shola Akingboye, in a statement weekend, highlighted that the gathering, themed “Strengthening Corporate Online Media for National Development,” underscores the association’s dedication to fostering credible online journalism.

Attendees will engage in discussions on strategic communication, enhancing collaboration between media and government, investing in digital infrastructure, and promoting accountability-driven reporting.

The event will also recognize distinguished individuals through an awards ceremony that honors champions of good governance, humanitarian efforts, and national security.

Among the honorees are posthumous awards for fallen heroes who sacrificed their lives fighting insurgency and banditry since 2010.

The day will conclude with a gala featuring the cutting of the anniversary cake and the presentation of special awards, celebrating three years of ACOE’s impactful existence.
