Bauchi Governor, Bala Mohammed Dissolves Local Govt Caretaker C’ttees

The Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed has dissolved all the Local Government Caretaker Committees with immediate effect following the expiration of their tenure in office.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the secretary to the state government, Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim and made available to journalists in Bauchi.

According to statement, the Chairmen local government caretaker committees aredirected to hand over the affairs of the local governments to their respective heads of administration pending the appointment of substantive caretaker committees.

Governor Mohammed wished all the Local Government Caretaker Committee members success in their future endeavours and thanked them for the contribution.
