Buhari Commissions 15 Km Gurjiya-Sandamu-Karkarku Road, Others In Katsina

Buhari Commissions 15 Km Gurjiya-Sandamu-Karkarku Road, Others In Katsina

President Muhammad Buhari on Friday commissioned the 15 kilometer Gurjiya-Sandamu-Karkarku road executed by the Katsina state government.

Similarly, he also commissioned the Gora-Makaurachi-Malamawa road and the rehabilitated and re-asphalted 74 kilometers Sandamu-Baure-Babban Mutum road.

The President who was in company of Governor Aminu Bello Masari had earlier commissioned some other projects executed by the state government including those executed by the Federal government and private sector industrialist across the state.

The projects included, the Kofar Kaura underpass, Kofar Laura Water Works, the state Internal Revenue House, the Metrological Institute and Darma Rice Mill Limited.

Others are the Kofar Kwaya underpass, the upgraded General Hospital Katsina that of Musawa Local government area of the state.

At the commissioning of the Gurjiya-Karkarku road project, President Muhammad Buhari commended the Masari led administration for the feat, calling on the beneficiaries of the projects to make judicious use of them.

On his part, the contracting firm through the Managing Director of BAVHAUS Constuctions, Ihab Serhac expressed appreciation to the Katsina state government for finding it worthy to execute the project to fruition.

He also thanked the communities for their cooperation which had assisted in carrying out the works on time without any hitch.

Serhac however expressed the readiness of the firm to do more towards developing the state.
