Fasting Period: Peter Obi Pays Visit To Nasarawa Gov, Provide Succour To Cushions Hardship

The presidential candidate of Labour Party in the just concluded 2023 general election Mr. Peter Obi on Monday payed scheduled visit to Nasarawa State governor Abdullahi Sule and provides succour to people as part of his contribution to cushion the effect of the economic hardship being experience in the country as Muslims faithful are observing fasting across the country

Speaking while staging the purpose of his visit in the state, Peter Obi said his visit to Nasarawa State was to give a little support on his own way during this fasting period.

He also explained that the purpose of his visit to Nasarawa State was to embark on Boreholes projects across the state as he described water as essential commodity.

According to Labour Party presidential candidate,” I’m not desperate to be a president but I’m desperate to make Nigeria work,” he said.

He further applauded govenor Abdullahi Sule, for constructed urban roads across Lafia metropolis; added that politics was not about thinking negative all the time but they would also appreciate where there is positive side .

Responding, governor Abdullahi Sule who apart from acknowledged Peter Obi’s visit, he also thanked him for supporting the administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for provides succour to cushion the effect of hardship being experience by Nigerians in this current time of hardship in the country.
