The Igwe Awobo of Iruogbo, Dusogu, Awkuzu, HRH Ikechukwu Nwokechi, has hailed the people of Anambra State for reelection Prof. Chukwuma Soludo as governor, citing his transformative leadership and commitment to the development of the state.

In an interview with journalists in Abuja, Nwokechi praised Soludo’s performance, saying he has given the state a new face and transformed it positively. “The governor has carried all along, including traditional rulers, and has shown the world that he is not a ruler, but a leader,” he said.

Nwokechi commended Soludo for his inclusive approach to governance, which has earned him the support of various stakeholders in the state. He urged the people of Anambra to continue to rally behind the governor, saying he is on the right track.

The monarch also praised Dr. Emmanuel Ikechukwu Nweke, the Executive Chairman of Oyi local government area, for his support for the Soludo administration. “He has been very supportive, and I commend him for his performance,” Nwokechi said.

Under Soludo’s leadership, Anambra State has witnessed significant development, including improvements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare. The state has also seen a surge in investment and economic growth, making it one of the most attractive destinations in the country.
