Hon Ezenwankwo
*Urges the electorates to turn out in mass to vote for their own son, Ewepudike
“Says Saturday poll not for Soludo’s second term
*Cautions it is shameful for Nanka to lose Federal House after just one term

By Toby Chuks

Ahead of the rerun election into the Federal House of Representatives in Orumba North/South Federal Constituency in 16 polling booths in Nanka Ward 1 on Saturday, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has appealed to the electorates to ignore the voice of opposition and come out in large number to vote for the home boy and their own son Hon Okwudili Ezenwankwo (Ewepudike) who is the candidate of the PDP in the election.

The Chairman of PDP in Orumba North Local Government Hon Theo Nwangwu who made the appeal during PDP campaign for the Saturday rerun polls told the electorates that the election of Ezenwankwo who is gunning for a second term in the Federal House is like a blessing of God to Nanka people and their failure to come out to vote for their own son is as bad as selling their birth right.

Hon Nwangwu told the electorates to ignore the voice of opposition telling them that Governor Soludo doesn’t need Nanka votes for second tenure because according to him the election on Saturday is about bringing the seat of Federal House to Nanka and not about Soludo’s second tenure.

He added “Some people loyal to Governor Soludo are telling the electorates to stay out of the election on Saturday because Governor Soludo does not need Nanka votes to win election for second term but this election is for Orumba North/South Federal Constituency not Soludo’s second term. Soludo’s second term election is still far away”

The Chairman who also cautioned against violence asking hoodlums and thugs with the aim perpetrate violence to steer clear of Nanka for peaceful conduct of the election went further to tell the electorates that it is going to be shameful for Nanka to lose Federal House of Representatives after just one term when they have the opportunity for second term even as others have stayed in the Federal House of Representatives for as much as third term.

Hear him “Ben Nwankwo was there for three terms for Orumba North/South, Lynda Ikeazu was there for three terms for Onitsha North/South, Chris Azubogu was there for three terms for Nnewi North/South & Ekwusigo, Chuchu Onyema was also there for three terms for Ogbaru just to mention but a few. So the case of Nanka shouldn’t be different at all and that’s why you should vote for PDP candidate who is your own Saturday”
