Roads constructions: Idris commends works ministry for good supervision

Kebbi state governor,Dr Nasir Idris has commended the commissioner ministry of works and his team of engineers for what he described as update superb supervision of ongoing roads constructions and other projects in the state.

Idris, gave the commendations shortly after his return from Abuja and took time out to tour places in the state capital where awarded contracts are ongoing ” i intend to give the state a befitting outlook in terms of infrastructure and roads constructions,am elated with the way things are going hence the reason to hand down the commendations he said.

He, however,, made some observations which he pointed out to the contractors for them to take note and effect the corrections of the observed areas.

Responding on behalf of the ministry, the commissioner for works, engineer Abdullahi Umar Faruk Muslim assured the governor of prompt corrections of the areas he observed saying as the supervising ministry they will leave no stone unturned in giving the state a beautiful outlook as the governor desires.

Before winding up the tour, Idris also commended the contractors handling the projects even as he pledged to patronise local contractors in the state to create hundreds of indirect jobs to the people of the state.
