It was a moment of excitement for Governor of Anambra Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo and other eminent personalities at the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Awka, the Anambra State capital at the weekend as a real estate company known as Pineleaf Estate & Properties Limited gifted its workers with 47vehicles along with food stuff which rice and noddles. The vehicles include 30 shuttles bus and 17 other brands of vehicles such as Toyota Corolla, Siena and Lexus Jeep. Many also smiled home with bags of rice and cartons of noddles.

In his remark, Governor Soludo who was represented by the Managing Director Anambra Housing Development Cooperation (AHDC) Mr Chike Anyaonu, commended the Chairman/CEO of the company Bishop Dr Onyekaba Nzekwesi and his team for achieving such a great feats most especially in the area of job creation for the Youth and wealth with work adding that what the company is doing is inline with the position of the State government that work bring food (aka ajaja n’ebute Onunkwo mmanu).

While maintaining that what Pineleaf is doing is inline with the desire of State government to see Ndi Anambra get fully involved in job creation for the Youth and the overall development of the homeland by investing at home, the MD assured that the State government is ready to assist investors and land developers where necessary including security of lives and property and facilitating documents to cover landed property such as Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) where necessary and on faster note.

In his address the CEO Bishop Nzekwesi who is also the Presiding Bishop of Jesus Alive Church attributed the success and growth of the company to grace of God, zeal to provide genuine source of livelihood to the people, dedication to hardworking and professionalism, commitment to excellence in transaction, honestly and prudent management embedded in skilful hands adding that Pineleaf Estate & Properties will continue to serve as source wealth creation and safe hand for the people to invest on landed properties.

The Bishop cum businessman elaborated on the benefits of investing money on landed properties such as safeguarding money and lifting people from nobody to somebody advising all classes of people petty traders, drivers, mechanic, artisans, salary earners and businessmen both at home and in diaspora to take advantage of the excellent service being rendered by Pineleaf and the favourable government policy on documentation of landed property to invest on landed property with Pineleaf Estate & Properties limited.

He added “You heard the Managing Director of Housing Development saying government will facilitate your documents within a short period of time hence the property is genuine and transaction is certified okay, so this is coming from the horse’s mouth and I don’t think that people will have any reason to entertain fear and not to come home and invest on landed property in Anambra State and other parts of Igboland with Pineleaf”

He explained that the vehicles and food stuff gifted to the workers is meant to appreciate hardworking, dedication and commitment to the growth of the company adding that the company will always appreciate those who are committed to moving it forward. While congratulating the beneficiaries, he urged them to continue to serve as a model and inspiration to company in the real estate and property market all over Nigeria.

He commended Governor Soludo for mustering what it takes to render good governance in Anambra State noting that the administration of Soludo is accelerating the pace for business to thrive on higher lane in Anambra State with massive road of construction all over the place, adequate security and policies that promote private sector participation and think home philosophy adding that Pineleaf is being inspired to do more by the Soludo administration.

Also speaking, the Directors of the Company in the persons of Bob Francis Nzekwesi and Tochukwu Nzekwesi assured that the company will continue to live up to its committed responsibility in creating jobs, making people to be landlords, churning out millionaires and car owners and promoting think home philosophy adding that there are available ways through which petty traders, salary earners, drivers, mechanic and market women can become owners of landed property.

According to Bob Francis “Yeah, we have provision for people who don’t have money to buy property at a go like like petty traders, salary earners, market women and artisan, mechanics, drivers and what have you, they can pay on instalment based on the agrees method of payment, so everybody can come in. You can start by marketing, you get buyers and you are paid Commission, a number of people that got the gift cars today started that way so it could be anybody”

Earlier in the opening prayer the Anambra State Chairman Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Bishop Moses Ezedebego thanked God for the gift of great businessmen in Anambra who have distinguished themselves in their field of endeavor and making positive impact on lives of the people asking God to continue to lift Nezkwesi and his team at Pineleaf to greater heights.

Among the dignitaries who graced the event include the President General Anambra State Market Amalgamated Traders Association (ASMATA) Chief Humphrey Anuna, State Overseer Conference of Charismatic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) Anambra State chapter, Archbishop Mike Chukwudum along with the CBCN Director of planning and strategy Bishop Desmond Okereke and General Overseer Rain of Favor International Church, Prophet Dr Emmanuel Happiness, Man of God cum musician popularly known as Odumeje alias Indaboski Bahosa and others.
