Traders Woman Leader, Adewumi hails Wike for peaceful FCT election •Urges women encouragement in politics

The Woman Leader of the Abuja Chapter of the National Association of Nigeria Traders (NANTs), Amb. Rachael Adewumi, has praised Barr. Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), for ensuring peaceful elections in the nation’s capital, even as she urges encouragement of the women in the politics in the nation’s capital. The woman leader addressed journalists in her office over the weekend.

Amb. Adewumi commended the Minister for his efforts, stating that it has gone a long way in promoting stability in the FCT. She advised him to continue on the same path, emphasizing that it will yield positive results.

In a statement, Chief Rachael Adewumi also drew Minister Wike’s attention to the importance of encouraging women’s participation in politics. She highlighted the value of women’s involvement in politics, citing their God-given prudence.

Dr. Adewumi lauded the Minister’s performance, particularly in infrastructural development, and urged continued support for his efforts. She emphasized that this will contribute to achieving unity, progress, love, and peace in the FCT.

The NANTs Woman Leader expressed her appreciation for the Minister’s dedication to the FCT, stating that it has not gone unnoticed. She urged citizens to support the government in power to drive progress.

Amb. Adewumi emphasized the significance of women’s roles in shaping the future of the FCT and Nigeria as a whole. She believes their involvement will bring about positive change.

The FCT Minister has been making efforts to improve the lives of residents, and Amb. Adewumi’s commendation is a testament to his progress. NANTs looks forward to continued collaboration with the FCT government.

By supporting the government and promoting women’s participation in politics, Amb. Adewumi believes the FCT can achieve greater heights, fostering a more united and prosperous community.
