FG Grants Exclusive Right on Helicopter Levy Collection to Messrs NAEBL Concepts

The Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development has granted exclusive right to Messrs NAEBL Concepts Limited to collect helicopter landing levy at all Aerodromes across the country.

This directive is contained in statement personally signed by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, MR. Festus Keyamo made available to journalists on Thursday night in Abuja.

The statement warned all operators to immediately comply with the directive as the ministry will monitor compliance and apply appropriate sanctions to any operator who acts contrary.

It reads in parts;”The Federal Government through the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development has granted exclusive right to Messrs NAEBL Dynamic Concepts Limited to collect helicopter landing levy at all Aerodromes, Helipads, Air Strips, ESPOs, FSOs, Oil Rig Platforms in Nigeria.

“It is imperative that all operators and stakeholders fully comply with this mandate by granting total access to Messrs NAEBL Dynamic Concepts Ltd for the collection of this levy immediately.

” Non-compliance with this directive will constitute a breach of this mandate and will be met with appropriate sanctions. The Ministry will enforce compliance without exception and will pursue all available remedies against any party that fails to adhere to this directive.

“Please note that the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development will be monitoring compliance with this mandate closely and will take swift action against any violator.”
