Ndigbo are known for their sagacity in business with many achieving giant feat in an unfamiliar areas where such feat are not expected. One of such a giant achiever is Bishop Dr Onyeka Nzekwesi who is the Chairman/CEO of Pineleaf Estate and Properties Ltd with headquarters in Awka the Anambra State capital and branches all over Nigeria. A Clergyman, Chemical Engineer and Computer Scientist, Bishop Nzekwesi has brought the Igbo man’s sagacity in business to bear in Real Estate business using his creative instincts to establish a firm that is transforming people from nobody to somebody.
Like many of his contemporaries in other fields, Nzekwesi holds a flood of achievement in the Real Estate sector and people were astonished when his story was made public during an event organised by Pineleaf Estate & Properties Ltd at the International Conference Centre (ICC). People saw a lot about Nzekwesi at the ICC event. First people saw a well organised business structure with an Academy known as Pineleaf Realtors Academy where people are trained and certified to do business. . Second is well organised business structure that promote think home philosophy where Ndigbo living around Nigeria and overseas countries can safely invest their money. A total of 47 vehicles made up of shuttle bus, Toyota Corolla, Siena and Lexus Jeep were freely giving out to the workers in other to motivate them to continue to work harder. Other thing that were gifted to the workers include food stuff made up of bags of rice and cartons of noddles plus cooking gas and refrigerators.
Fifth is a business structure that is enhancing the economy of the host State and boosting security of lives and property through job creation.
Elaborating on the impact of Pineleaf on the workers, a realtor in an address titled An Allumni Speech For Pineleaf Realtors Academy Batch 5, noted that the means of survival and sustenance in Nigeria now largely depends on the ability of the individual to create a business or become an investor as obtainable in Pineleaf adding that one’s educational qualifications cannot quarantine good job for survival and sustenance but a business firm like Pineleaf can guarantee survival and sustenance.
According to the realtor “I am a PhD holder but only succeeded to secure a job meant for 1st degree holders in a private sector where I was paid a stipend monthly. I had to manage the stipend until Pineleaf Estate & Properties rescued me and raised my earning and today I can boast of making positive impact on my family who paid my fees because to whom much is giving much is expected.

Introducing Pineleaf CEO before decorating him as a Patron, the International President of CPAC Bishop Rich Ubah described him as a man on mission backed by God for the uplifting of humanity adding that what he has done in the areas of job creation and philanthropy is enough to prove that he is sent by God to change the lives of the people.
Bishop Ubah who was supported by other top official of CPAC like Bishop Norman Okeorimili explained that the installation of Bishop Nzekwesi as Patron is meant to enable the Chaplaincy join forces and work together in service of God and humanity.
