The burial and funeral arrangements for Maduabuchi Nnaji, an illustrious son of Obuno Ndiagu Kingdom in Akpugo Nkanu, Enugu State, have been announced.
Abuchi, as he was fondly called, passed away after undergoing an unsuccessful surgery in Abuja.

Chief Peter Nnaji, the Afunnwa Elotanna of the community, announced that the burial rites will begin on March 2, 2025. Abuchi was a graduate of English and Literary Studies from the prestigious University of Maiduguri and worked as a teacher in a secondary school in the FCT.
The monarch of the Obuno Ndiagu Kingdom, Akpugo Nkanu, HRH Igwe Anthony. C. Okoh, in a condolence message urged the family to bear the loss and leave the rest to God. Adding that with God, everything will be okay, the paramount ruler therefore called for peace and unity during the burial, which if done, according to him will go a long way.
