The 2025 edition of Ihejioku Ogbunka promises to be an exciting event, with various activities planned to promote the unique culture of the Ogbunka community. The festival will feature Traditional Music and Dance, by showcasing of the community’s rich musical and dance heritage; Masquerade Displays, a colorful display of masquerades, an integral part of Igbo cultural festivals; cultural performances, being celebration of the community’s history and traditions through performances; and feasting on the first yam harvest, representing time for the community to come together and share in the bounty of the harvest.

The Traditional Ruler of Ogbunka, His Royal Highness, Igwe Johmark Anyaoha, has extended a warm invitation to the good people of Anambra State, Orumba North and South, and all lovers of culture and tradition to join in the celebration. This is an opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of the Igbo people and to build new relationships.
