The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Kelechi Ndukwe, a Nigerian-American military officer, on his recent promotion to the rank of Navy Captain in the United States Navy.
