Perhaps it is no longer news that Zeribe Ezeanuna is aspiring to represent the good people of Ogbaru Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives by indicating his interest to contest election for the Ogbaru Federal Constituency seat in the forthcoming 2027 general elections, what is should be news however is that Zeribe’s huge background with quality education credentials, good home building with fear of God and exposure cutting across a sojourn in United States for studies, work and activism simply distinguish him from the crowd of politicians seeking to lay hands on the Ogbaru Federal Constituency seat at Abuja in 2027.

*Zeribe’s Background*
Mr Zeribe Ezeanuna is a Computer Scientist, farmer, politician and community activist. Born in the commercial city of Onitsha, Zeribe is the second son and fifth child among the nine children of late Chief & Lolo Pius Chukwuma Ezeanuna (Ochiudo Achina). Late Chief Ezeanuna was a prominent man both in Onitsha where he lived and did business and in his country home of Achina in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State. The Ochiudo Achina, a wealthy versatile businessman, staunch Catholic, skillful politician and power broker of some sorts, as it were, bred all his nine children in a high class standard passing the best schools with Zeribe having the privilege of being sent to study in the United States

In the beginning, Zeribe attended Santa Maria Primary School and Christ the King college, (CKC) Onitsha, before traveling to overseas for further studies. He is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University where he bagged a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science. He went further to attend Pace University and New York University both in New York City for post graduate studies on Telecommunication and Management of Information System.

*His Exposure*
While in United States, he joined in the making of World Igbo Congress (WIC) a foremost Igbo umbrella body in the United States among other things. He was a student Senator, General Secretary of SDP USA, pioneer General Secretary of Igbo-USA.

Besides participating in Igbo service and the student politics in the United States, he became a member of the United States Democratic Party and an active participant in the democratic process. He supported many political friends and participated in the campaigns of others who were candidates for elective offices.

An educationist, productive and inspirational team player who co-founded the Rising Sun Academy in Essex County New Jersey and Quest for Knowledge Charter School in Irvington, New Jersey. Zeribe is a co-founder and co-owner of Ureniche International Ltd, a holding company in New Jersey and Enenia Biometrics Inc of United States.

For more than a decade and half, Zeribe has been helping people as a community activist, entrepreneur and social political advocate. He is a farmer recognized by the National Palm Produce Association of Nigeria (NPPAN) among other several organizations

*Overview of Zeribe’s Advantage And Why He Is The Right Choice For The Ogbaru Seat*

Late Ochiudo Achina, Zeribe’s father was raised on the front lines of the movement for Independence as members of the Zikist Movement and NCNC. Ochudo was one of the architects of grassroot politics in the old Onitsha metropolitan area, former member of NCNC and won election as member of the council.

In the second republic he joined the Nigeria Peoples Party and later left to support Dr. Alex Ekwueme, the then Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the 3rd Republic the Ochudo Achina was an active member and stakeholder of the Social Democratic Party, SDP.

He was one of the conveners of PDP in Anambra State back in 1998. Later on in early 2000, he emerged as top financier of APGA and pioneer leader and financier of APGA in Ogbaru LGA.

As a matter of facts, Ezeanuna family has been a part of Onitsha Metropolitan Area for over 80 years as business owners, homeowners and community activists.

Zeribe was privileged to be groomed in political direction and he got addicted to it. Thus Zeribe is by all standards a man of massive background which cut across quality education, sound religious morality (manifested in fear of God and love for humanity) good socio-economic discipline and huge political exposure.

His late father bred him through the best lines of service of the time. For instance, as young boy Zeribe through his father’s strong engagements in politics was part of the popular Zik’s Movement. There is no gainsaying the fact that politics and leadership formed major parts of Zeribe up bringing. And the time to unleash the benefits is now. Oge Erugo
