The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, Bishop Stephen Adegbite, congratulated the Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

Bishop Adegbite also commended the Muslims faithfuls for their successful completion of the fasting during the holy month of Ramadan and acknowledged the spiritual benefits of this observance in strengthening their faith and belief in God.

He urged them to foster inter-faith harmony, peace, and love among people of diverse faiths. Furthermore, he encouraged Muslim faithful to collaborate with the federal government and various state governments to enhance governance in Nigeria.

Additionally, Bishop Adegbite emphasized the importance of continuing to uphold Nigeria and its leaders in prayer. He also urged Muslims to pray for the success of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and to view the government as partners in progress

He called on them to shun anything that will undermine Nation interest and ensure they support any good cause so that together we can all reap the dividends of democracy.
