Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, Member representing the AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, has tasked the newly inaugurated coordinators of the FCT Renewed Hope Ambassadors with the significant responsibility of strengthening and expanding the Renewed Hope Movement across the FCT. According to a press release signed by Ambassador Emenike Egwusunwa, the Special Assistant to legislator, Obika made this charge at the inauguration ceremony of the Renewed Hope Area Council coordinators, Ward Coordinators, and Directorate members for the FCT, held at The Pavilion, opposite Radio House, Abuja.

Obika emphasized that the FCT is in a period of unprecedented alignment with the national agenda under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He commended Mallam Abdullahi Adamu Candido, the FCT Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, for his dedicated efforts in building a robust foundation for the movement within the FCT.

The lawmaker specifically tasked the inaugurated team to actively engage with communities at the grassroots level, disseminating the initiatives and vision of the Renewed Hope agenda to foster comprehensive renewal and development. He urged them to ensure that the principles of the Renewed Hope agenda resonate throughout the FCT.

The event was attended by numerous FCT leaders, including Hon. Lawrence Onuchukwu, former Vice Chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), and Hon. Ishaku Tanko Yamawo, among other dignitaries.

Obika’s charge comes as the Renewed Hope movement seeks to expand its reach and impact across the FCT, with a focus on grassroots mobilization and community engagement.

The inauguration ceremony marked a significant milestone in the Renewed Hope movement’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the FCT and promote the agenda of President Tinubu’s administration.
