Former Yobe Governor Bukar Abba Dies in Medina.

Former Yobe State Governor Senator Bukar Abba Ibrahim is dead. The news of his death was contained on the social platform of Gujba Emirate Council.

It was also confirmed by a source from the Emirate.

“He died in the Medina Hospital after an illness.” The deceased Bukar Abba Ibrahim was the Governor of Yobe State in Nigeria from 29th May 1999 to 29th May 2007.

He also served as Governor of the state from January 1992 to November 1993. He is a member of the All Nigeria People’s, later elected Senator for Yobe East Senatorial District June 2007 – June 2019. Born October 1950.
