The DICAN, he said, assured the High Commissioner of Jamaica, Lincoln Downer; High Commissioner of Australia, Leilani Bin-Juda and the Ambassador of Romania, Florin Talapan of its support in line with the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and relevant laws to ensure that they succeed in their endeavours.

The Association also uses the occasion to appreciate, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador, Yusuf Maitama Tuggar who was recently Conferred DICAN’s GRAND PATRON, for the nation’s foreign policy direction anchored on democracy, development, demography and diaspora (4D).

DICAN, however, urges the newly appointed Ambassadors and the entire Diplomatic community to embrace the 4D policy for enhanced mutual relationships.
