A former council secretary in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Idris Tanko Mohammed Karshi says a true leader, ordained by God, is one who embodies character, compassion, and service, explaining that Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, member representing AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) is such a leader, raised for this moment in time.

The former council secretary spoke to some selected media houses within the week in Abuja.

According to him, Obika is a servant-leader who walks with the people, feels their pain, and listens before speaking. His actions are driven by a heart of service, bringing hope to the markets, villages, and streets of AMAC and Bwari.

He continues by saying that Obika’s presence lifts the poor, empowers the youth, and stands for justice without fear. His leadership reflects humility, accountability, and the fear of God, setting him apart from politics as usual.

While describing the legislator’s leadership style as a purpose-driven gift from God, he says those who have eyes can see the difference, while hose who feel the impact know the truth. He says God is using Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika as an instrument of progress and peace.

The people of AMAC/Bwari, he went on, have taken notice of Hon. Obika’s selfless service, adding it is clear that he is a blessing to the grassroots.

“As he continues to serve, prayers are being made for his strength, wisdom, and greater grace to fulfill his duties.

“With a heart rooted in service, Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika MRH is indeed a leader chosen, a servant trusted, and a blessing to the people.

“His leadership is a testament to the power of God-first leadership, and it is clear why he is the people’s choice,” he concluded.
