The Village Head called on his subjects to prioritize peace and unity, fostering a sense of harmony and togetherness within the community, just as he encouraged the community to use the Sallah celebration as an opportunity for spiritual reflection, seeking God’s guidance and blessings in all their endeavors.

The Traditional Ruler however urged his subjects to come together and celebrate the occasion with joy, warmth, and hospitality, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Karmo community.

He said: “As we celebrate this sacred occasion, let us reflect on the values of compassion, empathy, and kindness that our Islamic faith embodies. Let us strive to be better individuals, contributing to the betterment of our community and society at large. May our Sallah celebration be a time for joy, reflection, and spiritual growth.”

Chief Umar Garni Sarkin Karmo wishes his subjects and the Muslim community a blessed and joyous Eid-el-Kabir celebration, saying: “May Allah accept our sacrifices and prayers, and grant us peace, happiness, and prosperity. Amin.”
