Sibeudu described the move as a bold step towards alleviating the suffering of residents in Orumba South and Aguata local government areas.

The former Deputy Governor noted that the 2.28km road project connecting St. Augustine’s Community Primary School, Rest Assured Hotel, and Community High School Umunze to the Umuchu By-Pass is a dream come true. He had previously pressured past governments to undertake the project, but it was only the Soludo administration that approved the construction.

He cited other projects in Orumba South, including the construction of the Ezira-Umuomaku-Enugwu Umuonyia road, Ajalli-Akpu-Nawfija-Ufuma-Ogbunka road, and Eziagu-Umunze road. He assured Governor Soludo that Ndi Orumba South will reciprocate his gesture by supporting his re-election bid.

Stakeholders in Umunze and other communities in Orumba South commended Governor Soludo for his numerous projects in the area and praised Sibeudu for championing the cause of total development in Orumba South.
