Orji Uzor Kalu group mourns exit of Dantata

The entire members of the renowned political pressure group, the Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) Grassroots Movement of Nigeria have joined other well meaning Nigerians to mourn the exit of late wealthy businessman and elder statesman Alhaji Aminu Dantata who died at the age of 94.

 

A family source confirmed that the elder statesman died on Friday night in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, after a brief illness. He was survived by many children including grand and great grand children

 

The OUK group in a condolence message addresses to the Dantata family signed by its Convener and National leader Alhaji Muritala Mohamed alias ten ten and Secretary General Dr Ejike Nwangwu and made available to journalists in Abuja described the late businessman as a father, mentor, detribalized Nigerian and philanthropist who left huge legacies of positive impact on Nigerians at all levels.

 

According to the condolence message “though the exit of Alhaji Aminu Dantata who mentored the likes of our Principal Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is a huge lose to Nigeria, the survivors of the late businessman should bear the lose with gratitude to God for a life well spent with abundance blessings including blessing of longevity because it takes the love of God for someone to reach 94 year in this present age”

 

While admitting that Nigeria has once more lost a giant businessman and a compassionate patriot who made the country proud in the global business community, the group told the survivors to get ready to fill the huge vacuum left by their father by upholding his legacies of hardworking, business sagacity, philanthropy and contribution to nation building as detribalized citizens like their late father.
