As the people of Anambra State continue to celebrate the just concluded governorship election, a Chieftain of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in Ogbaru Local Government Area of the State Zeribe Ezeanuna has lent his voice on the election saying that the victory of the incumbent Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo who was candidate of APGA in the election was a product of good governance. The governor’s focus on politics of development paid off Big Time.

Zeribe in a message of Congratulation addressed to Governor Soludo made available to journalists in Onitsha stated that Soludo proved that he has the experience, capacity and competence to lead Anambra noting that his performance more especially in the areas like security of lives and property, massive road construction all over the place, transforming the education sector, free health services and youth empowerment among other things he did was good enough to earn him a second term.

According to him “one good turn deserves another, Soludo is doing wonderfully well and the interesting thing about him is that he carried every part of Anambra at all levels along including the grassroots. Every part of Anambra State including rural communities like my hometown, Okpoko benefited from his development drive. Since the return of democracy in Nigeria in 1999, no governor of Anambra State did any meaningful thing down the line to the rural communities. That’s why he was reelected”

The APGA Chieftain expressed the hope that Soludo’s second term administration will definitely advance Anambra to unprecedented height with massive range of developments noting that what is needed to advance Anambra is to consolidate the speedy rate of developments most especially consolidating the Udo Ga – Achi Security architecture, consolidating road construction, free education drive, quality health care services, youth empowerment and rural development among other things.
