Writers Laud Tinubu Over Appointments Of Tope Fasua, Gimba Kakanda

The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) has extended her heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Tope Fasua and Gimba Kakanda on their recent appointments as the Special Adviser to the President on Economic Matters and Senior Special Assistant to the President, Research & Analytics, respectively to President Bola Tinubu.
The Society of Young Nigerian Writers commended President Bola Tinubu for recognizing the invaluable expertise that these writers bring to the table and entrusting them with important responsibilities in his administration.
In a statement issued by the President of SYNW, Wole Adedoyin expressed his delight, describing the appointments of Mr. Fasua and Mr. Kakanda as a perfect match of skills and roles. He stated, “We are thrilled to see writers of such caliber stepping into crucial positions within the government. This not only highlights their individual excellence but also showcases the importance of diverse voices in shaping our nation’s policies and strategies.”
SYNW believed that the literary community in Nigeria plays a vital role in shaping public discourse and fostering intellectual growth. The organization applauded President Bola Tinubu for recognizing the potential of writers like Mr. Fasua and Mr. Kakanda to contribute meaningfully to the economic and research landscape of our nation.
